The Wonderful Woods
Who: Alex, Leto, Levon and Jerome! Where: Leto's room initially, then TBA When: Morning
Alexander Wood had not slept well. It had nothing to do with his room. His room was great. Of course he loved the outdoors, and he might as well have been outdoor for the way his room was fashioned and styled. And then there was the abundance of mystical creatures. Being a veterinarian, he was an animal lover, although he'd originally joked to Levon that he'd never seen the likes of these guys in his office. He'd then gone on to quip that they'd keep him company in the absence of his four dogs back home. His bed was quite comfortable as well, which was not the case to his sleeping woes.
He'd had another dream about her.
It had been a long time since he'd had a dream about Erika. Throughout the year after he'd lost her, he thought and dreamed about her constantly. Of course, he'd never stop thinking about her, but at least the dreams had become more infrequent. Then, out of the blue, this dream had reared its somewhat painful head. He and Erika had just been sitting on the couch talking, just like they used to. He'd told her he still missed her, and then she told him he'd see her again soon. That's when he woke up. Of course it was just a dream and of course it was just his subconscious playing cruel tricks on him, but... she'd never said that to him in a dream before. Aggravating as it was, he couldn't get it out of his head. It toyed with his thoughts through the remainder of the night, and then when it was time to get up and start getting ready for the day. A cup of coffee helped some, anyway.
When he left his room for his sister's, he was wearing his wire-frame glasses, meaning he hadn't put his contacts in, meaning he had probably not slept well. She and his father knew him pretty well, after all. He wasn't clean-shaven, but Alex didn't always bother with that, anyway. Other than that, just casual clothing. Pushing his thoughts aside, he half-hoped Leto wouldn't be able to read him right away - he wasn't keen on bringing everyone down on their vacation. Knowing she and the munchkin would be up by now, probably along with his father, he switched the cup of coffee to his left hand and knocked on the door. Oh, he had a key, of course, but he respected his sister's privacy, just in case.
"Room service!" he called in a very official sounding voice.
