"Now then, hairdressers are quite important," he chided, arching a brow over at her lightly. "Without them, we'd all be walking around with wonky haircuts."
Graham chuckled in quiet amusement after she asked if he missed home, then practically fell over herself to take it back, not wanting to pry into his personal life. He didn't mind, of course, but he also wasn't big on talking about himself. However, he wasn't going to make a big deal out of that, either. "That's quite alright. Its my business to be curious about things, so I'm used to stepping on toes."
He shrugged one shoulder casually, focusing his attention on his fries for a moment as he popped a couple into his mouth. "Ah, sometimes I do miss home, yes," he replied, after swallowing the bites. "More the people, than the place, really."
Graham looked up at her again, changing the subject with a friendly, teasing air. "So tell me, how does a lovely young hairdresser like yourself win herself a ticked on a cruise ship like this?"
