"No problem." Sean started to go back to his book and table.
He sat down and scanned the book on the Greek pantheon. He looked over the passage on Soteria and felt his stomach drop and his chest tighten.
He closed out his e-mail and ran a general search on the name.
The goddess of safety and deliverance. The links he found had a more modern meaning. It was a service for people experiencing mental distress or crisis.
This went beyond coincidence. But then thinking that was pushing into paranoia.
Face it, neither he nor his niece were important enough for a billion dollar company do deck out rooms in themes to touch on their personality and history. Paranoia was the enemy of investigation. You followed the wrong leads veering you off the trail you needed to follow.
