"Broadway is actually a lot better than you would probably think," she smiled and shrugged her shoulders. She became acutely aware of how her shirt slipped up in just the slightest, and she struggled to pull it down even more than it had been.
Leah watched him with curiosity when he opened up the folder. She leaned in a little bit to get a better look at all of the songs in there. "You write a lot, don't you?" she observed with a soft smile as she reached out to take the song he had selected for her. She glanced over the words for a few seconds before looking back up at him from beneath her eyelashes; it was obvious that she was a little more than impressed.
"I like it, though. I really do," she complimented and fingered the paper delicately. "Could you play the melody so I can get it into my head? I don't want to mess up the notes or anything since I'm sure you have a way that you would like it to sound in your head."
