Savannah stared at the ceiling a moment herself, listening to the sounds of their breathing. The sudden snap of the coffee pot's warm setting clicking on made her jump a little, and brought her out of her reverie.
With a bit of a giggle at her own jumpiness, she pushed herself up onto her elbow to grin at him.
"That," she said with a large, satisfied smirk, "Was really fantastic."
Usually, she didn't quite mean it. Today, she did.
