Re: Keeping things moving, feel free to post above still
Sean gave Kevin a sympathetic look behind Leto's back. Everyone dealt with stress and being on the edge differently. Dark humor was long the meathod for most in law enforcement and a good number of medical professionals. It was a pressure valve that kept people from just breaking down in the face of it all.
But Leto obviously was beyond dealing with that. Her situation was as bad as Cath's, worse, as she was threatened personally, she had a child to fear for as well as a missing brother. There had to be fear for her father as well.
As Leto headed out the door Sean pointed to his eyes, then Kevin before tapping a non-existent watch on his wrist. 'see you later' was pretty obvious.
Sean followed Leto and father Peter, not fool enough to judge her own emotions in the least. Not after how tightly he was strung after having to leave a terrified and lost Molly to join the security detail.
"Could you tell if the victim was cut or beaten? Any obvious signs of assault?" Sean knew he'd find out soon enough, but it was better than walking in silence.
