Gor almost turned and fled back to his room then and there. Gor wasn't the best at dealing with prickly porcupines -- he was much more accustomed to dealing with the anti-social tendencies of brooders.

Gor sneaked forward a little, trying to make as little sound as possible as he moved forward. Slav was packing. It shouldn't have surprised or dismayed Gor as much as it did. Maybe it was the circumstances -- like Gor throwing a temper tantrum and pretty much throwing him out.
