It felt like a blow to the gut. Lisa? There were at least three Lisa's on board the list he now had. It was a common name, like John or Sue. It didn't have to be HIS Lisa. Or rather... Molly's Lisa. Someone under his protection, arrest or not.
"The attacker was a woman?" Knifework was something generally preferred by men. But there were no hard rules. He'd have to interview her. She still might be the killer.
Or she could be a someone that just snapped under all this pressure. Fear, confusion, the sun, losing track of time, the mind trip... it was amazing they hadn't had a psychotic brake before now.
Mad? "I'd like to talk to her without any chemical interference. But maybe some sedatives when I'm done might not be a bad idea, if she's still violent." The security people they had were smart enough to cuff her , hopefully to something, when faced with a danger to self and others.
Hashing over what he had learned here was not going to solve anything at the moment. He'd deal later. His position was clear. The law and justice system needed to be maintained.
But his actions also told a story.
"I'll interview the victim first, and any witnesses." He had to know what really happened in order to confront and question the psycho.
