Ella nodded against Chelsea's hand. "Yeah, I feel it too. I've never really cared to define myself as straight or bi or whatever...I like who I like and that's that. This last time, it was a guy. You can't help who you're attracted to, you know."
Ella sat up, turning so she was sitting sideways on the love seat, her legs folded under her. She was close to Chelsea, pressing against her side. She grabbed Chelsea's hand between her own. "I just...I don't want to ruin what could be an awesome friendship. We're both coming out of relationships that ended badly. The rebound thing never seems to work. If we did this, we'd have to promise that we're friends first, no matter what. Deal?"
