Matt had a good point; it would not have been so painful for him to lose someone he didn't care about. And yet, love was such a precious thing. Wasn't the joy it brought worth the pain? Tennyson once wrote "'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all," and Gregory believed it.
Gregory's musings were interrupted when he heard a woman's voice yell "ARE YOU CRAZY?!?!" followed by a crashing sound. It had come from somewhere above and behind him. He turned to see Lisa lying on the floor of the balcony, her foot being twisted by a woman he didn't recognize as she screamed in pain. Gregory's face went pale. "God have mercy! We need to get someone from the security team to stop that fight!"
