Greeting, nobles and nocturnals!
Unfortunately the ugly rumors were true, NYC is getting its first Anarch. ╭(°A°`)╮
Admittedly, Viva has the intimidation power of a wet parakeet, but, hey, what she lacks in strength she makes up in...um...eh…let me get back to you on that? Viva was Embraced back in 2000, but she’s been around a lot longer than that; she was a “professional” ghoul for over 200 years. As a ghoul, Viva did a lot of globetrotting on her regnants’ behalf so there were plenty of opportunities for past connections. She lost most of her accumulated social cachet after having a major fallout with her last regnant, and waking up as a Thin Blood hasn’t helped things in the least.
Viva’s interests include jazz, weird fish, fat books, poetry, and being weirdly obsessed with that Damien Hirst shark.
