Although the idea had started out randomly, it had seemed like so much fun! So they had run with it, and she was really looking forward to having everyone over for the night. She knew it was going to be a lot of fun. She had gone out with Kurt earlier to pick up the stuff for their outfits as well as to stock up on Ice Cream, drinks and anything else they might need.

She had spent a while getting ready after she got home, because even a party at her own apartment required her to look good! It was essential. She had managed to find the dress she had found online the night before and when she had put it on, she felt amazing. She loved it! She checked her reflection in the mirror, smoothing the dress and admired the fabulous hair and make up job that Kurt had done on her.

She set about making sure everything was ready, everyone should start arriving soon and she couldn't wait!

Hearing another knock on the door and realizing that more of their guests were obviously arriving, Rachel hurried over to answer like the good hostess she was. She grinned when she saw the two guys standing there, "Jeff! Wes! I'm so glad you're here," she grinned, giving each of them a quick hug in greeting. "Come on in, can I get you anything to drink?" she asked as they walked further into the loft, "we have everything from soda, to wine and beer," she told them, letting them know they had options for what to drink.

"Hi Rachel," Jeff beamed at seeing her again, quickly hugging her in return. He followed her into the loft, humming and then quickly shook his head at the idea of wine or beer. "No alcohol for us," He stated quickly, and almost a little sternly with it directed towards Wes, because they both had sworn off alcohol after what had happened the last time they'd drank. "Soda sounds really good though," He added to Rachel with a quick nod and a smile.

"Soda I can do," she smiled, chuckling a bit as he made a point of saying neither of them were to have alcohol. She quickly went and poured their drinks, returning with a glass of soda each for them. "Here you go," she said. "Jeff, I tried on of those cookies you made with Kurt earlier, and they were absolutely delicious," she told him with a grin, "for my next birthday, i'm just gonna have you two bake me lots of goodies for my party instead of buying a cake," she joked.

Jeff smiled softly as Rachel said she could do soda, knowing that she had no idea why he was so adamant on making sure they didn't drink alcohol, but not really wanting to explain. He grinned as she returned with the glasses, taking one. "Thank you," He chirped happily, and lit up more at hearing the compliment. "Well, thank you. I think between Kurt and I, we could make the very best cookies in the world. And we can bake you a cake and lots of other stuff if you want," He giggled, "I'd be up for that. I'm going to be baking my own cake."

Rachel didn't need to know why he just wanted soda, it wasn't important at all, if it was what he wanted to drink then that was completely fine. She smiled, "oh you're welcome, they really are fantastic," she told him. "What kind of cake are you baking for yourself?" she asked him, knowing his party was a halloween one, she was curious if there would be some sort of theme or cool style to the cake.
