Sidney was sure that in time that would change. She and Davina would both know more people, but for right now? Sidney was content staying in her own little bubble and feeling people out, or not getting to know them at all. Sidney didn't think that this place would be a permanent stop along the way, and if it happened to be? Well, she'd worry about things later. Sidney didn't want to let herself dwell on that.
"No, it doesn't." Sidney replied honestly, giving a small shrug of her shoulders. "Been there before, many times." She gave Davina a small smile, "I know it's cliche, but it does get better. No matter what you might be going through it will." Sidney's brows furrowed slightly, "It might not get easy and some days it'll be a struggle to get out of bed, but eventually? It'll get better." The hurt from losing someone never fully went away, Sidney could still feel the loss of her mother, Tatum, Randy, Derek and even Cotton. They had all mattered to her on some level and each day she remembered them.
