Being helpful was something Levi could be, especially when it appeared that a lady was in trouble and the only other person offering to help gave Levi a creepy feeling. There was apparently a woman in the same housing as himself, and so he grabbed a pair of pants and a shirt for her along with a wet washcloth and towel. He couldn't imagine being covered in blood for any length of time, especially outside in that heat.
Levi's lip curled up in disgust as he headed out from the apartment down to the signs. His gait was slow, almost even paced though he was favoring one leg over the other. Levi had done what he'd had to in order to stop Annie, though it had cost him. He hadn't been able to fight, wouldn't be able to fight for a while because it would be stupid to injure himself further.
Besides, Erwin had commanded him not to, and he respected the higher ranking officer more than he'd actually ever admit out loud. Levi squinted his eyes against the brightness of the sun, scanning the area quickly before his eyes landed upon Elle. He'd seen many people covered in blood before, though most of them were dead, or injured. This woman didn't appear to be either from his vantage point, so either it was someone else or she didn't have any injuries that he could see from there.
Walking up, Levi held out the items to her. "I brought a washcloth and towel in the event that you wanted to wash a little bit of that off." He eyed her curiously, trying to still assess the situation. "Is that your blood or someone else's?" He wasn't one to beat around the bush, and she'd been fairly open on the network so he figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
