Rachel knew how lucky she was. Not everyone had a childhood like she had, and she was truly grateful that she'd had two parents that'd loved her more than anything. Rachel hoped that they knew how much she loved them, because without them she wouldn't be the person that she was today.
Her lips turned down into a slight frown, "I think a lot of people do. Envy that I had such great dads." It'd taken her a long time to see that, but she thought it was true enough. So many came from broken homes, places that were less than desirable, and her? She'd had anything that she wanted.
Rachel was spoiled.
Tipping her head to the side, Rachel watched as he did the headstand, a small smile on her face. Yoga was something she was familiar with, something she did to keep limber besides dancing but it was impressive to watch him and the suit do it. Her eyes went to the suit, just watching it as he explained what exactly it was and what it was exactly that he did.
Looking away from the suit, Rachel raised a brow. "So you're a superhero, or you are now after you found out about the weapons you were making were being sold on the black market." Rachel had never been into superhero movies or comic books growing up. Her heroes were the ones that went out on the screen and poured their hearts into what they were saying or singing.
Rachel had wanted nothing more than to be one of those lovely leading ladies. She still had plenty of time to do it now, but her dreams had never seemed so far away than they were right now.
