She didn't really know why she had abandoned the idea of just bolting. Maybe it was just the fact that she really had nowhere else to go now. She knew damn well the friend that she had planned on staying with wouldn't let her back. She was too close to Jamal. Actually, Jamal would probably actually BE there now. Though it could also be that she didn't want him going around by himself now. She had no idea what Jamal would do now if he thought Zane would press charges. She wouldn't allow herself to think about the fact that she just wanted to spend time with him.
"For some reason your lack of being a good patient does not surprise me at all." She commented, "Something about your need for instant gratification." She raised her eyebrow at the 'My Lady' comment. She wasn't entirely sure he realized that Jamal was no longer around and therefore the need for the ruse was gone. She didn't call him out at the moment now.
"You're all set." The medic said as he got back up. "You're sure you won't come to the hospital?" When Zane shot that idea down again the medic packed up and moved away. Sawyer looked at him and his still bloody shirt.
"I couple aspirin will help with the pain." she told him. She had lots of friends that shot before. "So you are taking me home are you?"
