Deniz's last question. It's a small acceptance of Roman's explanation, but also still slightly bitter (or pretending to be). And it's so very Deniz. That his curiosity and love for Roman both override his sense of trepidation just enough.

Ugh, and this. Because you just KNOW that Deniz feels the same way. Just wants to Keep Going, and ignore everything else. Pretend, like they have been, that they're happy and Okay. That's heartbreaking.

And that's what's so cool about this piece. It's heartbreaking, and touching, and so bittersweet. And just awesome.
