HI GUYS! It seems like several people are wrapping up their assignments so here is all the info on how to send us your submissions and what extra information you need to include!


FOR FIC:

Send your fic as an attachment to hofestmod@gmail.com in either .txt or .doc format. DO NOT SEND AN HTML FILE OR .DOCX AND DO NOT CUT AND PASTE YOUR FIC INTO AN EMAIL. Make sure your fic has the proper html coding for bolding and italics etc. where needed. Please, for our sanity, title your documents "yourname_hofest" and include the following header at the top. If you find your fic is too long for a single IJ post (over 10K approx) please contact us in advance so we can make special posting arrangements.

FOR VID:

Make sure your vid is unsigned and non-watermarked for secrecy and name the file "yourname_hofest". Please upload your completed vid to mediafire/megaupload/sendspace or other download site where we can grab it. Email the link plus the following header info to hofestmod@gmail.com. We will be uploading your video to a hofest account on YouTube (or an alternative streaming site if we have issues).

If you have anonymous hosting (i.e. a photobucket without your name on it, etc.) please upload your icons there and send us the links plus the following header info to hofestmod@gmail.com. If you do not have anonymous hosting, send your icons in a zip file/rar file attachment and we will upload them for you. Please name your zip file "yourname_hofest".
