Well, a quick intro for this girl. With Kasey/Frankie now, you also get this girl Marisol McCoy. She's older by a few years. And in true homage to Marvel, we are retconning these girls in. They've both been away-Marisol at college- and news of their father's recent kidnap and torture have brought them back to the school. Mari is in the process of transferring credits and all that.

As far as personality, Mari's pretty much the opposite of Frankie. She's quick to anger, likes conflict, is territorial, and very protective of her sister. She's not as intellectual as the rest of her family, but retains random facts very well. Her power is that she becomes sasquatch. Earn her trust in beast form and you can have a strong, playful 7" pet following you around. In her human form she keeps her feet with disposable thumbs-sexy. More in her bio.

Since she grew up at Xavier's, I'd love to establish connections for her-friends, bffs, boys she totally crushed on, older mutants who influenced/mentored her, rivals etc. Looking forward to getting her in the action!

Hi everyone! I'm Kasey, and I am here to bring you the littlest McCoy and sister to mccr, Francesca McCoy. However if you call her Francesca she will not answer you, seeing as she only responds to that when she's in trouble and her parents are yelling it, other than that it is just Frankie.

Frankie is a very laid back kind of girl, who would much rather get along with people rather than let them piss her off. Pretty much as long as you're not actively trying to annoy Frankie, you won't annoy her. However as much as she likes people, she sometimes has a hard time reading people she doesn't know very well, seeing as most people don't come out and just say what the hell is wrong with them. But other than that, she really does love people. Also, she is a very goal oriented and takes dares as personal challenges. She is very smart and spent most of her childhood with her mother.

Pretty much, Frankie has been blessed with the ability to make computers her bitch, also know as a technopath. For the most part Frankie just deals in the hacking area, she does have the ability to break/repair technology through touch, but that is something she is working on because while she can do it, it takes a while. Pretty much Frankie is a tiny little Geek Squad, just don't tell her that because while she is a geek (her collection of video games and dvds proves that), she does not think highly of the Geek Squad. Serious, she will most likely take your stuff and fix it just to spite them.

Just leaving a note to say I'm taking a quasi-hiatus for the month. I'll keep responding to scenes I'm in and I'll be around when needed for plot, but I won't really be proactive about open/new threads and things. Yes. So leave a note if you need me for something, but pardon my slowness in the coming weeks!

Hey all, Elle here and I'm bringing in my last character lol this handsome devil into the game. This is Abel Maximoff, son of Wanda Maximoff and Vision (though it was really Wonder Man who offered the goods to help Wanda get the ball rollin', yo). He has a twin - this equally awesome dude - and together they are the current generation of Wanda/Pietro - Wiccan/Speed twin-awesomeness-is-a-go. The pair were born in Genosha but when Magneto died Wanda starting having those crazy fits and they left to live elsewhere. They moved from place to place until Wanda went psycho and disappeared. They've returned to the US to seek some help from the good 'ol X-Men and are going to be staying at the institute.

Abel, as a character, is relatively soft spoken and quiet. He doesn't communicate that well unless it's with his brother (or another family member). He's reserved about his life and doesn't go talking about it to strangers unless they're really, really curious about what he's all about. He spends a lot of his time sketching, mostly of scenery and sometimes people if he becomes interested in them to a degree. He's really moody at times and he can be a fun sponge too. He's really not one to party or have fun.

Abel's ability is much like Wanda when she first started out. He can generate Hex Bolts that can alter probability to cause the "bad luck" status. His power often ends up becoming quite destructive so he doesn't make haste to use it that often since he doesn't always known what they will do and he's very afraid of doing something wrong with them.

Lines are welcomed of course. I'm sure someone will find Abel interesting.

I have to go be social or something tonight, but Blue Team! I'll put a narrative of Kes' findings up tonight or tomorrow morning, and some text messages to the best of X-Teams! Face, Fatigue and Blackie will take on the world! Or something. jsyk how things will be going down on my end:D

So I am back, along with Kes, Stefie, and Anna. Niko's in Spain for the week on a study abroad trip LUCKY SON OF A BI-OTCH. So right. I tried to keep up with comments, but let me know what you need or want from me. It's back to work as usual tomorrow, so I can only take on so many scenes at once, but we can get stuff started.

Just a reminder that I will be going out of town this weekend, Friday-Sunday, and I'm not sure how often I'll be checking my email if at all. If you desperately need something, poke misterbigred who can text me! Otherwise, Stefie, Kes, Niko and Anna are around reacting accordingly to whatever is going on. This is just a heads up I go to the Allergist on Thursday and I can't have any allergy meds till then so if I make no sense in my posts please tell me because I have horrible allergies and I feel like my head is filled with all sorts if vile things messing with my thinky bits.

Elle here and it was only a matter of time before I brought in a second character. I couldn’t stop myself because this game is so awesome and addicting. This is Morgan Wisdom who is the daughter of Peter Wisdom and Sage. She’s from England and grew up under her father’s care since Sage died when she was still a little girl. She blames the X-Men for her death but hasn’t made her feelings clear on the matter since she doesn’t go looking for conflict. She’s been in England for a good portion of her life and has come to America to help out the X-Men (mostly because her father suggested that she aid them and learn to accept what happened to her mother).

Morgan has two abilities – she can absorb ambient heat and solar radiation like her father to produce “hot knives” which is basically thermal energy. She usually just uses them as throwing projectiles but she can shoot them from her fingertips as thermal energy beams as long as she has the energy to do so.

Morgan’s second mutation is new and, well, it’s not exactly a good one. This ability comes in the form of “jumpstarting” a mutant’s existing genetic traits, meaning she can cause them to become enhanced to extreme measures. This also includes catalyzing their untapped potential as well. This effect only lasts about 2 hours and Morgan can’t activate the ability again until an additional 48 hours have passed. The only problem with this is that Morgan can’t control it at all so she doesn’t know when the ability might activate. She wears gloves since she knows the ability activates by touching and she doesn’t want to accidentally jumpstart someone’s genes.

Morgan will be coming to the school to help with security so she'll be new to everyone (unless she has back story with someone! Awww yeah). While Morgan does want to help she is a little weary of the X-Men and doesn't particularly like some of the much older members of the crew because of what happened to Sage.

HELLO! Kris here bringing you the local mystery! This is Face. Face is roughly somewhere between 19 and 23. Face used to go to Xavier's and everyone knew Face because Face was the only student with a uniform. Face had various shirts that had "Face" printed across them. The teaching staff knew Face only as Face even. Why is this you may ask? Well Face's identity is beyond your security clearance. Face's bio is found here.

Well that is what your characters know at least. What the players know is this. Face is the eldest son of Agent Phillip Coulson. Who by now is like deputy director because Phil kickes that much ass. And he likes doughnuts! Nuff said. Anyway eldest son, Steven Nicholas Coulson is a shape shifter, has a very low grade telepathy that only reads surface thoughts of people within arm's reach, and he has badass superhero reflexes. The moment Uncle Nick learned he could shape change he made it a very high security clearance to even know Coulson had more than one kid. Needless to say Steven has been raised to live and breath SHIELD. Emma and Scott know who he is and they are the only ones at the school that pretty much do. I have it that he has one or two friends that know who he is because everyone has to have a confidant you know. He is also quite the Romeo and probably has slept with anyone that he could woe. So if you want that and are over 18 let me know. Steven has no problem being a woman to get his thrills *wink wink*

He needs friends and stuff! He will be showing up back at the school shortly. He asked for a leave of abscence and was granted one! woo!

Hey all! This here is Jasmine Rand, or Serpent's Daughter in Amber. Yeap that's her whole alias. She's the daughter of Misty Knight and Iron Fist and has been enrolled at Xavier's in light of recent events.
She's in a somewhat similar situation to Torunn- she's from a mystical foreign land, and is training to be an ultimate warrior, and the next Iron Fist. She can be a little snarky and competitive, but otherwise lovely.

She's not a mutant, but like her father she's learned to augment her chi into a few cool abilities. Both her parents are into martial arts, so she couldn't get out of that. And dear old mom taught her a few things about guns. A few more details are in her bio.

I'd looove lines for her, especially friends. And anything else you can throw at me, I would just love some good plot to write. Thanks! Looking forward to throwing her in the mix.

Everybody, this here is Stefie Wagner, the stunt-double/fencing-instructor by day and vigilante by night. She's been working in Europe for the past ten years, but she lived at the school with Vater dear until she was 18 (Mom was busy keeping demons in check in Limbo, of course). Daddy's girl, loves the X-Men, knows all about demons and dragons, so of course she went off crimefighting when she was of legal age! Despite being in Europe, she got to the school regularly enough that people should know her. Of course, she's back now since someone killed her father, and she's going to go Inigo Montoya on their ass. Bitch please, you do not mess with the Szardos women.

Her mutation is that she has HELLFIRE IN HER SOUL. So in theory, she should be a superpowerful pyrokinetic hell monster. But a lot of her fire energy is being used to forge and house her own soulsword which she draws out to use in battle (all Revolutionary Girl Utena up in here, she says), so all she can actually do at the moment is teleport in little explosions of fire. I'd recommend not standing too close when she does that. She also has a few minor physical oddities thanks to dad (demonic ears, eyes, teeth).

Um. She's pretty swashbuckling, nerdy, and easy to read. She hates having to hide her identity when crimefighting because she secretly wants to be famous. Aaaand, Scott and Emma are forcing her to teach her father's classes and stay on campus because of her physical mutations JUST IN CASE. She calls shenanigans. Things are obviously not the best for her right now, so she's pretty much either (a) playing a joke on one of her old friends [VOLUNTEER HERE], (b) having adventures in the Danger Room, (c) praying the rosary and crying a lot.

I cannot express the gratitude that I feel to everyone. Your kind words and thoughts for my family have made this terrible situation into something much more bearable. I've had a similar incident, a sudden death in the family, happen to me in the past while I was in the middle of a RPG game and wasn't treated with half the kindness that was shown to me earlier this week. I was not prepared for the overwhelming response of compassion and understanding and, dare I say, love. You are all so wonderful.

That being said, my aunt's funeral went smoothly and I'm finally back home. Thank G-d. I feel pretty confident that I will be back full-force by tomorrow. I'm very excited to be back and to be able to get my mind on happier things (in the midst of a terrorist attack lol). I welcome any and all distractions.

Sunday night I got a call from my dad and he told me that my aunt was in the hospital. After two days of fighting, my aunt finally lost her eight year battle with breast cancer and passed away this morning. I'm going to be missing for a few days for funeral preparations and family stuff, so I apologize to my rp partners and the mods for leaving on such short notice. I will keep you all updated.
