Had a treat yo self kind of evening, and may have gone slightly overboard. I blame Owen, since he's the reason I went to the mall in the first place.

Anyway, I now have all four of the Funko Pop! Gerard Way figures, two new Harley Quinn t-shirts, a new dress, and a cute new vintage-style bikini that will look fantastic when I wear it on the 4th. Is it too early to start thinking Halloween? I mean, I'm torn between costume ideas already.

[Private to friends' of Charlotte]
If anyone doesn't have plans for the upcoming 4th, my father is throwing a cookout and urged me to invite people.

[Private to Professor Lupo]
Sir, if it's not too much trouble, I'd like your advice regarding my servita, please.

Okay if you come back with amazing things like that you are more than welcome to blame me any time!! (don't be surprised if one of the Gerards go missing ...) And for the record it is never too early to start thinking about Halloween.

You still need to go try on the clothes I got for you, including the swim trunks. You're being dragged with me on the 4th whether you like it or not. (don't make me strip search you...) I had been considering getting Oliver little dragon's wings and going as Daenerys, but now I might just go classic Harley Quinn.

I haven't gotten up yet. I promise I'll try them on before bed and let you know. I didn't have plans anyway so drag away! (my clothes are too tight to hide him in there ...) I vote for Daenerys just because I want to see Oliver with wings. Though that sounds like it might be dangerous.

Haven't gotten up? Alright, I'll keep the receipts just in case. I've already stocked up on sunscreen just in case. I'd need to make a little rig for him to keep from bring too squirmy, but I think I can work it out between now and the end of October.

That dress is gorgeous, and will look amazing on you. But the important detail here is that it is never too early to start thinking Halloween, and anyone who says it is will be stabbed by my Scream knife. Maybe the fake one. Maybe not. I haven't decided.

The saleslady tried to tell me the red was too bold for my colouring and that I should go for a blue, but I love the way it makes my eyes pop. Halloween is my favourite holiday, last year my Victorian Zombie costume was a hit when I went to Salem.

Bold is the whole point where red is concerned. I get into bad habits of dressing as the same handful of things and cycling them out every year, but how can I say no to Malificent, or Elizabeth Bathory, or being a Tim Burton character in real life?

Exactly. And why wear a dress like that if you don't want people to notice? Variations on the Zombie theme tend to be a constant, or I go straight out silly. I once dressed up as Reptar, from Rugrats, all because people assumed I'd do something sexy.

What makes those Quinn t-shirts?
And you're going to look beautiful in the dress.

One is based on something she says in the Suicide Squad movie, and the other is a replica of the shirt she wears in one part.
Thank you, I do love a good twirling dress.

I'll admit, I liked the slogans.
I plan on wearing it to a cookout next Monday at my father's, but I'm sure I can find other reasons to wear it as well.

I have to say, I don't like how they changed Harley's look for the movie. Blue and Pink? I hope they explain that.

I was so sad not to see the classic black and red. I mean, if they were doing the pigtails, then they should have stuck with that colour scheme.

Thank you. I'm a little worried about him, since despite having some experience sexually he blushes easily, has trouble believing or recognizing when someone might be flirting or propositioning him, and seems convinced that he's not up to the normal beauty standards of the school. I'd like to help him become more comfortable in his own skin, and expressing his sexual desires, but I'm unsure of how to start beyond possibly using myself as an example.

It seems as though he needs help seeing himself as he should see himself. Insecurities plague us all at some point or another in our lives. We can't cure someone of that, but try to enlighten them about the positive attributes that they have.

Try having him write down one thing a day that he likes about himself. Be it a physical trait or idle talent... Even something that you would think minute, such as a liking of art. So long as it is something positive. You can turn it into something he can see about himself.

For example, if he likes art, he possess the ability to see beauty in places that others may not. He can see beyond the canvas, and into the soul of the painter. A talent that not many possess.

That was my thought, after our conversation together. He's very smart, good with computers, and he has a unique look about him as compared to many at the school. He feels some of the things he isn't as adept at compared to others makes him a freak, but I've told him that's not the case.

I'll do that, and to help him along I'll do the same thing. We can show each other our answers and talk about it, to help cement how it applies to him. He's slowly coming out of his shell and making friends, which is an excellent thing, but I want him to be able to recognize when someone might be interested in becoming more friendly with him but don't want to be blunt about it.

Thank you, sir. I appreciate your insight as always.

You're welcome to take it, though make sure Bean is either good at staying on your shoulder for long stretches of time, or that you have a way of keeping him from running wild.
