The fact that Sabrina was out near the Sixer's zone was a little surprising. Especially since almost all the gangs had been sticking to their own turf ever since the treaty had been broken. However the cop wasn't a part of any gang at all; having chosen to remain a neutral figure, and an objective third party that worked with all sides. Oh it was pure profits that had first sent him down that path, yet over the years Digger had come to fully believe that he had made the right call in choosing to side with himself alone.
Sure he lacked the physical protection of a gang, yet between his ties to the police force, and his contract work for the largest criminal organizations within New Dublin too...well his personal safety was rarely an issue. Even now, after melting the remnants of a dead man into a corrosive bath all for credits, the police officer loaded up the salvaged cybernetic parts and gear he had looted from the dead. All that blood covered equipment just tossed into the trunk of his police cruiser. Even during the height of the last war he traveled between the zones without the slightest concern. So after hopping into his ride, and getting her reply, Conners was already on the move. Light flashing, but the siren silent, as his vehicle practically flew down the streets at a break neck pace.
When he pulled up next to the sidewalk at the GPS coordinates Sabrina had sent him, the officer got out of the car and paused to stretch for a second. At last, after yawning and wiping a bit of caked blood from his cheek, Dig cast a look around for the young woman before calling out as well...not apparently concerned at all with who might hear him.
