So, a reminder that the treaty has been dissolved only since 2/14/74 (This year), so very recently. But I bet you're wondering a little about how the groups in general feel about this. While individual people might have different feelings, the main consensus (at this time) for each of the groups is as follows:
Camelot - War is bad for them. Their ideals of neighborhood protection remain steadfast and are (for the most part) remaining neutral in the war. So long as no one tries to take over their territory or harm their people then they've got no beef with you. On the down low, The Hoods are being used less for thievery and more for spying. They're being sent undercover in the different districts and neutral ground to suss out threats that might be coming to the White.
Children of Darkness - Father is fiercely protective of his children and anyone who crosses into the black with animosity toward his people will be met with death or worse. While not actively attempting to expand his territory, he will order retribution against anyone who tries to deal on his turf (or in the grey). He is also actively seeking those responsible for the deaths of his people.
Cybermen - Hell yea! This is the perfect time to push their boundaries. Granted surrounded by Camelot and the Wire was done on purpose as most Cybermen are intimidated by them. Camelot for their strength in numbers (and organization) and The Wire because... well hackers + cybernetics = vulnerability. Even so, they are seeking to expand into the grey and there are even reports of them involved in attacks in the black and green.
Sixth Street Rats - One nice thing about being as organized as the Rats are, they can buckle down and hold their own. The war is a chance to take advantage of the chaos, perform jobs in territories they've avoided and yea, if expanding their territory is an option they'll take it.
The Wire - War is something they are not interested in. Currently they have a separate agreement with every other gang that is akin to a truce. Out of every group they are the least physical, but if pushed they do have the ability to harm each and every group digitally. Or hire someone to be physical for them. They are by far the richest in actual monetary value as well as information out of every group.
Unaffiliated Gangs - Small unaffiliated gangs are on the rise now that the treaty has loosened the big fives grip on the city. It is theorized that it's one of these groups that helped cause the deaths that started the war again. Currently most of the attacks in each of the territories and the grey are caused by these unaffiliated groups- many times they will wear the colors of another gang to add to the flames.
