Who: Batman, Daredevil
What: Batman goes looking for evidence in the murder of a W.E. employee, and is unaccustomed to being on this other side of the 'get out of my city' talk. There is, of course, a superheroic misunderstanding.
Where: Hell's Kitchen, NYC
When: Friday, August 2nd- night
Rating: PG-13 for violence
After the organized trap that Iron Fist had helped him to thwart just a week before, Daredevil had been on high alert. It was a stupid mistake to allow himself to be drawn out like that and he'd paid for it in blood and bruises- but Danny Rand was a good friend to have when you had a few thugs throwing fists at you.
All the same, until he found out what game they were running, Daredevil had been out on the streets for hours every night- enough that even Foggy had commented on his slightly-less-than-immaculate appearance at the office and while he couldn't see them, Matt could certainly feel the dark circles forming heavily beneath his eyes.
Add onto this new set of problems the fact that he was still short on anything even remotely close to actual evidence that might get Javier Martinez acquitted of the murder of Wayne Enterprises employee Violet Tucker and it was generally turning into a very fruitless and frustrating week for Daredevil.
Leaping off of one of the flat, gravel rooftops of Hell's Kitchen, Daredevil launched himself into the air, throwing out the grappling hook that was otherwise hidden within his everyday cane, and swung himself out over the street towards one of the back alleys of The Kitchen. With no sign of his thuggish admirer's to follow up with tonight, he may as well make himself useful and revisit the site of Ms. Tucker's murder. Even the blind man could see that a second look wouldn't hurt his case any.
