James smirked to himself. He wondered if these agents were anywhere near as good as the ones he had spent so much time training. If Natasha worked with them, they probably were.
There was only one. It was unlikely there were more; he would have spotted them, too. Still, he knew to be careful. Facing someone he knew nothing about was always... interesting.
Silent, James moved from one rooftop to another, and stayed in the darkness. She was only ten feet or so away now. He was watching her from behind. Finally, he took a few steps toward her.
"You came alone. Good." His English had always been flawless, aside from the inexplicable, slight Brooklyn accent.
