Re: Ibn al Xu'ffasch (Damian) and Coulson
"I'm not usually at them in a casual capacity, but generally working. Not today, I'm lucky enough to just be here as a guest."
Coulson's suspicions were confirmed, and he'd certainly be passing on this bit of information to his Deputy Director after the evening ended. He didn't have a visible reaction to the explanation of the name. He gave Damian a smile, again not addressing Bruce. "Thanks, I appreciate it. You know, once while I was in Chad, I had a young man about your age translating for me, it was extremely impressive." Even if just attending as a "guest", the Agent was too far trained not to fall into patterns like this while getting information: appear less educated than the one speaking to, and then compliment them. The subtlest form of interrogation.
"If you'd like," and his eyes finally drifted to Batman's, "and with your permission," back to Damian again, "I could introduce you. I must warn you, she can be a bit blunt when it comes to what she does, but she's worth a chat with."
