Re: Dinah & Oliver & Bruce (the bastard) & Selina
"Isn't it just," Selina replied to Bruce before deciding what to say to Canary. She'd gotten used to skirting around the information regarding her past, in fact, the only people that really knew much about it were Bruce and Leslie. One because she'd needed someone to talk to, the other - well. It'd just been in his nature to figure things out, she supposed. And now, when she thought about it briefly, she was pleased he did know everything. It saved a lot of hassle.
"I'm an East End Girl." Selina spoke again, placing a hand somewhat dramatically across her heart, pressing the point home. "Born and raised. I grew up just off Park Row." It was all true, in a way. She'd never call that place Crime Alley - it just wasn't in her programming. Funny how the place had become such a huge focal point in her life though - and just her own, but the people she loved too.
But it was the gym that really peaked her interest.
"Which gym did he run? I used to be a bit of a tearaway in my teenage years - someone once told me to channel my anger into boxing." Selina grinned, "I'm still a regular at Grant's when I can find the time."
