Dinah & Oliver & Bruce (the bastard)
Jeez, Dinah, let a guy finish his sentences before you jump to conclusions, would you? "... her career, I mean. She's really come into her own that way. It was great when you had her perform for Cassandra's charity benefit."
Oliver meant every word of that: Zatanna was a very good friend of his, and he was always glad for her success, because she'd been nothing but good to him. She was also possibly the only platonic female friend he had, so he valued their friendship highly. Zatanna also happened to be a mutual friend that he and Bruce could discuss in their civilian identities, so there was that.
Ollie couldn't help it if his experiences in life had programmed him to fall back on barbs and innuendos when he got annoyed at someone... particularly if it was another guy trying to cock-block him. He had a temper. But he was hardly annoyed at Bruce any more; he'd almost effectively changed the subject.
And he hadn't said a word about Selina Kyle. Bruce HAD to give him credit for that.
