Wanda went pale when he revealed his knowledge concerning her mental breakdown. Loki had told him everything. He told the boy she believed to be her son all the horrible things she had done before they could even get to know one another. Before she could show him who she truly was and not judge her solely on her moment of weakness. She brushed her hair back, pulling on it slightly in frustration.
"I admit what I did and I'm ashamed of it, but I never meant to hurt anyone," she finally said, trying her hardest to keep her tone even. "But Loki, Loki means to hurt people. He finds pleasure in it. You know who caused that attack last Saturday? Him. He was the one that brought down those creatures that men like Captain America and Superman had to fight off."
She turned away from Billy, bringing a hand up to her face to hide her pained expression. "I know what I did was horrible, but Loki is just as guilty as I am of hurting others. I don't need you to trust me, Billy, but I need you to mistrust Loki as much as you do me."
