He hummed softly against her lips, her mouth soft and tempting under his. "Cos you deserve it," he gave her a smile, pulling back to brush her hair behind her ear. "Gonna make you breakfast in the morning too, so brace yourself for more good things."
"Oh is that so? Do you spoil all your girlfriends or just this one?" She lowered her lashes and bumped his nose for another kiss. Was he going to say no to her offer when she asked?
"I don't think it's spoiling you," Much said, Much who'd make breakfast for anyone who looked slightly hungry, Much who liked being a hero, yeah, but didn't think simple things like breakfast and, like, treating people with basic respect should be seen as heroic. He kissed her nose, resisting her mouth, and pulled back a little again. "I'll show you what really spoiling you is like, later. For now, come sleep, yeah?"
He just evaded her kiss, that little git. She moved in again, knowing full well he couldn't resist her kisses. She didn't want to sleep, but she had to admit, being wrapped in his arms felt right.
"Mmm," Much murmured against her mouth, returning her kiss gently as he curled his hand round the back of her head, stroking his fingers over her smooth hair. "You're not going to make going to sleep easy, are you?" He said, quite a lot of fondness in his voice, pulling back to smile at her again.
"Not at all, " she nuzzled his nose, a soft whimper as he caressed her hair. These were the gentle touches she wanted, the soft and sweet memories she wanted to hold onto. Not this fear and anxiety, with him she was safe.
Much pressed his nose against hers, his hands sliding down her arms to squeeze her hands. "I'm still gonna be here in the morning," he said. "I want you too, you're so - guh, Leila. Believe me. But not with lingering drugs, okay? I just... yeah, doesn't feel right."
