WHO: Lyra & Thanatos
WHEN: Sunday evening
WHERE: Their apartment
WHAT: CHRISTMAS :D :D

It came as a surprise to no one, after knowing Lyra for a short time, that she was a big fan of Christmas. Anyone who wore as many bright colours as often as Lyra did was naturally going to be enamored with the time of year where everything was covered in lights and tinsel and gaudy designs.

She was living with Thanatos now and thought she probably should hold back. He'd gone to work and Lyra had kissed him goodbye, saying she'd probably put up a few things from her big Christmas box, just to liven up the place.

But a few things had become... well... everything in the whole box, and Thanatos' apartment had become something out of a Macy's window. For most people it was a nightmare of Christmas overkill, but for Lyra it was a perfect holiday mish-mash.

When Thanatos got home, Lyra was standing on one of the kitchen chairs and hanging a NOEL banner above one of the cabinets. The scent of Gingerbread in the oven had filled the whole apartment.

"Hi!" she said, turning around and looking a little sheepish. "I may have, um, gone a little overboard?"
