Suchi had just dropped off another load of her belongings off in storage, and was taking some time to unwind in the park. Since her marriage, she'd found herself seeking nature more and more. Over the past week, she'd spent time at the zoo, the university, and three other parks.
Today, she'd found a new park to explore. She stepped off the bus as a breeze whipped her hair into a tangled mess. Partially blinded, she felt her way over to the nearest bench. She reached into her messenger bag and found a small mirror. She had nearly finished pulling her hair back when she caught the reflection of a man on the bench next to her.
He appeared to be crying. She paused for a moment, uncertain of what to do. Then, having made her decision, she rustled in her bag for a moment before standing up and moving over to the man.
"Hello." She said softly, so as not to startle him. "Excuse me but, um... would you like a tissue?" She held out the small travel pack she'd extracted from her purse.
