Noah laughed. "Still, it was a good thing. I still remember things my grandfather taught me thirty years ago about the outdoors, so it's not something that'll go to waste. You never completely forget anything. No knowledge is ever wasted, as far as I'm concerned."
He took a sip of his tea. "Now you have me wanting to camp and orienteer again. They have a good club for that here, if you're interested, and miss the outdoors. Hiking clubs, too. We used to be very active in those, going out at least once a month." He smiled. It was a good memory, and no longer had the pang of loss associated with it; some time during the past year, it had mellowed into simply good memories.
