"I'm sure, all mums like to hear from their children, especially in times like that, even if they don't want to admit it, or need the help!" George replied with a wide smile. She reached under her seat and fumbled in her bag for a moment.
"I really appreciate you agreeing to talk with me, Noah," she said as she pulled her notebook from the depths of her bag, a pen clipped into the spiral spine. "I've had a wide variety of responses from people I've approached, which isn't so unusual, but what has been insteresting is the similiarities coming through what people are saying. Which is why I'm trying to talk to as many people as possible." She flicked the pad open, smoothing the page with her hand as she looked at him.
