"You're absolutely right." She leaned back on her heels. "They're putting strain on people that is going to make things really difficult down the road. That's what I think, anyways. And don't we have a right to decide if we want children or not?" She sighed. "I... I don't think I would hate having another child, but I don't think it's fair to force people into it, and even if they had to instate rules about it, you know...
