"Yes, they have to maintain a common residence, because agents do check that sort of thing. I had to give up my home and move into my wife's apartment," Noah said. He still missed the home he'd had with Julia for so long, their shared belongings and the history behind them.
"He'll have to go to school, of course," Noah said. "That's non-negotiable. He can't waste potential, and surely his wife sees that. She's willing to support him until he graduates?"
Support him and the children they'd have together. And with the shortened gestation time and the expectations for multiple children, that could be many of them. It made Noah's brain hurt. This wasn't fair to anyone in the equation.
