Her blush brought warmth to her honey-colored skin, made her look younger and freer, and her smile and laugh were very nice as well.
"I'm afraid that I have only basic math skills--calculus, some trig. If you get into higher math concepts, I tend to glaze over. Not on purpose--my brain just doesn't brain that way," he said with a smile. "I'm more a words person than a numbers person. Julia tried to explain things to me, but after a while, she simply gave it up as a lost cause. We were lucky that we had other things in common, because mathematics certainly wasn't one of them. My brother Ben could better keep up with her, but then he likes to play with numbers for fun." Noah gave a theatrical shudder.
