"There's also Cambridge Arms. It's an old building, and looks amazing from the outside but it has no elevators. I'm not sure you'd appreciate a sixth floor walk-up. Dr. Bannerjee and his family live there, so he could give you a better idea of that one. If you'd like, I can give you his number. He's nice, and easy to talk with." He paused, then added with a little grin, "Except in the racquetball court. Then he's an awful, awful man."
The breeze stirred her thick hair, tugging some curls free, and for just a second he wondered if it was as soft as it looked.
"I'm sure that your cousin, if she's lived here long, can offer good advice. I don't know what she does, but I've been living on a professor's salary for many years, so all my decisions are geared toward that. For instance, I wouldn't recommend the Pennington Condominiums because you need to be influential, wealthy, or possibly both to live there. I'm neither, so that's off my list."
