She scratched at her forehead with the end of her pen, smoothing out early wrinkles. "Going by the time-stamp on these emails and the date of the last lottery, it seems you have until the end of this week to move to Seattle and complete the registration process. I would advise you not to make any commitments in terms of living arrangements or job opportunities until we've explored every loophole. If there's some compensation to be derived from this, your situation must appear desperate enough to merit it."
