Gift was something I'd thought was lost back home. A photo of my mother. Sounds simple, but having a picture, an image of your family when they aren't around or can't be around.. it's not something I'd take for granted. I'm gonna put it in my wallet so I never lose it. Well, least that's one good thing about yesterday's date, getting a present from home. Helps to not think about the day the bombs fell and burned everyth
And also not sick anymore! That's something to be glad of too. Being stuck in bed and not being able to go anywhere wasn't fun at all. Really glad it's over.
