Who: Allison and John What: Tethered! The musical! Where: The Argent apartment When: Early Friday evening Status: Closed/Incomplete Warnings: Nope
Once you get used to being stuck by someone’s side the strangest things start to become commonplace. That is not to say that the getting used to being stuck with someone is easy. Allison had found that out. For the past few days she had been tied to John with some kind of invisible tether. She hadn’t been one of the ones to complain. In fact, Allison was counting her blessings. She had no issues with John and he was an okay person. She imagined it was a lot like having a roommate, only more extreme. He wasn’t particularly loud, he put the toilet seat down, and being her age he operated on the same hours that she did. She had it lucky.
John had even agreed to spend some time at the Argent apartment so she wouldn’t have to be away. That was where they were presently. School was much more difficult. They had to alternate whose schedule they’d be following, but Allison was still able to get her homework.
Allison sat on the floor of her bedroom, her back against her bed as she busiedly wrote answers onto a worksheet. She looked up from her work for a second.
“You okay? You want to grab anything from the kitchen to eat?” She smiled a little at John. Allison wasn’t particularly hungry, but she had to remind herself that he might be. She was considering two people’s needs instead of just her own.
