Well, I'm satisfied with that match, though perhaps moreso I'm thankful that Roger was savvy enough to avoid kicking my Snitch hand as I went by.

Fortunately the long break will be good for us physically, even if It can be a bit dull when out of routine... still, a Campbell Christmas is quite something. Eleventy billion kids, nieces and nephews, random aunts, uncles and clan folk end up here at some point. Having my own place to escape to becomes more of an advantage.

Well, I'll avoid saying what a good Seeker you were since I've already done that. Still I definitely liked it better than Threepwood's showy showmanship.

Less showmanship even and more... well, from a Seeker's point of view, it's the kind of display that comes from a lack of experience, thinking that the position needs to be flashy in order to intimidate. Which it doesn't.

We're one of the largest clans in Scotland, by population and land ownership, on both the magical and muggle sides. So yeah, kind of.

Oh, I agree, Seekers certainly don't need to have flashy moves. Of course, I think it's alright if said moves happen to be an incidental part of actually going after the Snitch though.

I see. I've been here for a little over four years now and I'm afraid my knowledge of Scottish clans isn't terribly good. At least most of your relatives are in Scotland, I assume?

It was a good match and I am happy to be playing with Magpies. You are a very good team.

Yes Aye. I'll miss the big family celebration and seeing my young sister, who will be home from Durmstrang. But I will be with Coach and his family, who are very kind and invite me to spend Christmas with them, and my friend is coming to visit at New Year. So it will be different but good, I think.
