Thank you to everyone who donated funds and requested items for our C.L.A.M.S. Christmas Drive. The sorting and verification process has begun, and distribution to needy children will begin on Dec 20th. We are still looking for volunteers for a few days this weekend and next week. The calendar is posted in the C.L.A.M.S. journal.

On a personal note, my house currently looks like an icicle exploded and is refusing to melt. ~~Thank Merlin it's not actual ice~~ Word of warning: don't buy the Impressive Ice boxed decorations from the cart in Hogsmeade.

Ha. Yes. I think I'm contractually obligated to ask why, though, because the only reason anyone would want one of those things is if they belonged in the longterm spell damage ward at St Mungo's.

Oh, yes, I definitely know your pain. I found tiny mounds of the rubbish hidden in various cracks and crevices while I was packing my flat up. Hopefully yours won't be as insidious as all that!

Were it not possibly the worst idea ever, I'd say we should introduce the concept of the muggle lawsuit to the magical community. Or consumer affairs. But in that way may lie more tears and misery than would be worth it.
