Last one before a well deserved break team! Let's finish the first half strong.

Catapults Notes
Well the catapults. They have a deceptively good record, 4-2-0.

But frankly they've faced the bottom half of the league, a version of Puddlemere and Falmouth that was an absolute mess, and have squeaked through a lot of these matches on a ballsy seeker. But they have been willing to foul if they need, so expect it.

Chasers - I have...nothing particularly positive so say about the Catapults chasers. They've only had 2 matches of respectable scoring and one was because it was 4h long and the other team was down a chaser. They are improving from their first matches so I suppose that's one positive thing. Maybe they'll give us more of a fight.

Beaters - ~~Not...great~~ Could be better. The team as a whole takes more injuries than it gives but they have managed to knock a some players of their brooms so there is ability there, it just needs to come out more.

Keeper - Sloo is a very respectable keeper, has really held things down for the catapults most of this season...but she hasn't been through any high shooting matches thus far. Bombard her and see what happens.

Seeker - An example of a daring seeker bringing up a mediocre team higher than it should go. She's young and willing to make the risky catches. Twice this season she's jumped off her broom in a dive for the snitch..and caught it. Expect the unexpected from her.

vs. Catapults Roster
Chasers, ~~I don't know right now~~ classic starting lineup. Make Sloo really work for her saves.

Georgi, you're up with Lex. I don't expect perfect coordination, you've only been here a short time. But let's test things out in a real match and see what we can work on, get you used to the style of quid here. And Lex? Knock Sloo off and you get your beater day.

Micah and Lennox, you know your jobs. This seeker might give you a bit of fun, Lennox.

Reserves, don't worry. In our 5 matches so far we've been largely dealing with the top half of the league standings. There will be more opportunity for you all in the next leg of this season. I promise.

Tell me all the paperwork and details are in order to get Georgi up in the air. Robes with his name, press releases, physicals, whatever else. It would be awful to have to wait a whole break.

Ah. I occasionally like to do Seeker Days. Fun training day where the whole team gets to run through various drills and train like a seeker. Obstacle courses, diving, hand-eye coordination, the whole thing. A bit of variety to the training program and building up broom handling and coordination skills that the other positions don't always get the time to focus on.

Lex has in the past complained ~~mul~~ about a lack of beater day to go with, and before our last match against Holyhead asked if she knocked Gwenog Jones (I'm not sure if she's known in Bulgaria but here she's quite a famous beater) off her broom would I give her a Beater Day.

Jones is a tough customer so we didn't knock her off but figured I'd give Lex a new target and chance.
