The File
The medical record itself is quite impressive as Ellie quite literally broken nearly every bone in her body. There was a reason why she considered herself a human bludger. Of most note are the series head injuries and concussions - the one in 1993 that should have ended her career and the one at 1994 Worlds that actually did. Some of the neuro exams and prognosis reports during this time are not optimistic and it's a wonder she didn't end up worse or with more obvious brain damage.
(For a good laugh, forever read about the shattered femur from the Drunken Neep.)
It is honestly meant less for sympathy and more as education. With all of her injury reports and physical, it also includes treatment plans and expected return to play guidelines. Some of them may be out of date or no longer best practice, but it got her a long way and maybe Maggie might be able to learn something and apply it to their team.
