Not sure if this is more a manager or PR question but Micah and I were talking about last names now that we're married. And neither one of us wants to do anything that would upset or disrupt the team. Wasn't sure if either of you had any thoughts or suggestions on what to do with that.

Well, I don't reckon it'd be weird exactly. Most women do take on a married name and we'd all get used to it eventually. But you've been playing how many years now under your name, and that's something to think about. Lorna MacFusty changed her name but I reckon everybody still calls her MacFusty.

Reckon the important thing is, do you want to change it?

	If the war wasn't an issue, I'd probably just keep my name. I had never really expected to change it, but with the BiL mess and the Macmilans owning the team it might be better for me distance myself from the yaxley name. What is likely more important is the opinion those you spend the most time around, namely the rest of the team. Without thinking? We've been together for over a year and I've been thinking about this for a significant part of that time.

What fallout? The PR guy? If he quite because I mearried Micah than he's a bigoted wanker who doesn't know from his head from his arse. And if there is Montrose fallout from my wedding or from the BiL bullshit, then there are other teams and other leagues I can play for.

And, please, pray tell, why would it make him a 'bigoted wanker who doesn't know from his head from his arse' because he quit after he was blindsided by a potentially large scandal from two players? While I cannot condone the timeline of his resignation, I can certainly understand the reasoning behind it.
