Alasdair Buchanan keeps his secrets... ([info]ecoutezmoi) wrote in [info]neeps,
Re: RUMBLE ON THE PITCH, everyone welcome
Alasdair is a peaceful man. He just isn't the fighting type. However, as he arrives on the pitch with his wand drawn and a determination to make his way over to Ada, he strides purposefully towards the brawl, casting quick spellwork with almost a casual air. Using his broom is as close to being a wizard as most people see him, but his talent with magic and defensive duelling is apparent as he flicks his wand, sending warring players apart.

What also becomes evident, however, is that he's truly his great-great grandfather's son when Falcons Beater Gubby Allen, incensed that someone not from one of the two teams is getting involved, attempts to attack him. Without missing a beat, Alasdair tosses his wand high into the air, rugby tackles Allen to the floor and pins him with a knee to the back, before catching his wand and casting the restraint spell of his choice.

"Mind your fucking manners," he hisses downward, getting up and carrying on towards Ada as if nothing had happened. Angus Buchanan would have been proud.
