The past year has been full of changes for me, interesting and good and thankfully nothing too bad. I wouldn't change any of it, except maybe to wish that my partner would maybe not get injured quite so much.

And it looks like the new year is already off to an ~~excellent~~ ~~happy~~ amazing start because... ALASDAIR PROPOSED!! (And of course I said yes!!!)

Sorry! I'm still excited and happy from last night, and probably will be for a while but I promise I'll try not to be completely insufferable about it.

I perhaps could've been a little more eloquent in announcing our news but I'm just so happy I couldn't quite hold it in any longer.
