Who: Leanne and Katie
When: Lunchtime, after Leanne's post
Where: Tea room
What: Lunch.

Leanne loved getting together with Katie for lunch dates. Sometimes she could close her eyes and pretend it was the real thing. It was stupid, she knew, but there was this lingering hope that maybe some day Katie would come around.

She sent Katie a note saying where she'd be, then headed up to the tea room to sit and wait.

Leanne nodded. "I'll get this. You go on." She reached for her moneybag to pay for their lunch.

"I get the next lunch," Katie said. She rubbed some chocolate off of her face with a paper napkin and dashed for the door.

"You got it." Leanne gave her a smile as she headed off, then the smile faded a bit, she sighed, and let her forehead fall with a gentle thump onto the table.
