Who: Tim and Cho
When: A mutual Day off
Where: A Public Pitch
What: Training
Rating: PG?

Cho set Tim up for a challenge, and he wasn't about to take that lying down. He'd come out to the pitch to meet up with her so they could train together, though he was a bit distracted as they raced around the pitch. It was his girl troubles weighing down his heart and distracting his mind. Throwing himself into the workout was going to help, it was--he had himself convinced. But so far it hadn't been doing much good.

He swerved around on his broom to stop in front of the hoops, waiting for Cho to come from her end of the pitch. He wanted to apologize for being such a space case.

"Thanks." Tim gave her a sheepish grin, then shrugged, leaning back on his broom. "I appreciate it." He wasn't sure how much he was going to say. He was still struggling inwardly about it all. He wasn't ready to admit he was in love, and he wasn't ready to 'settle down' just yet. So he thought.

"Race? A lap around the pitch?"

"What do I get when I beat you?" Why race at all if there wasn't a prize? And Cho was certain she'd win. Logically speaking she was smaller and faster than Tim. It was only natural that she would best him.

"What do you want?" Tim asked, raising an eyebrow. This just became a little bit more interesting. He knew that Cho was going to win, anyway, so he was attempting to cut his losses by giving her a prize she'd like without losing too much face on his end.

"Hmmmmm." Oh the things she could ask for. Cho finally settled on something small. Really she wanted to win for the sake of winning, not for a prize.

"One dinner out. Sushi."

"You got it." Tim responded. He could do sushi. And he wouldn't mind losing.

"On your mark, get set... Go!" He took off down the pitch as fast as he could go.
