Who: Tim and Open to Anyone!
When: Tonight, 10pm
Where: Tea Room
What: Sneaking food?

Tim had a long day. He was exhausted, just finished work, and wanted something to eat. He couldn't remember the last time he went food shopping, and he knew that his cupboards were completely bare at home. He knew there would be food in the Tea Room, and if he was lucky he could find Marcus or another cook or something.

He wandered through the chairs and tables, heading up toward the counter. It looked pretty empty. He didn't remember how long the room was open, but he hoped there was someone there to help him.

"You talk about her all the time, you get all glossy-eyed and disgusting." Tim said, leaning back in his chair. "You'd drop anything for her, and she doesn't..."

He paused. "Wait, does she know how you feel? She's not just using you, is she?"

"Don't be ridiculous," he shot back. "She's not using me. She wouldn't do that..." For a moment, Marcus considered it. She did go off and eff Roger, after all.

And then he shook his head. "Whatever, I don't want to talk about her anymore."

"All right." Tim felt a little bad that he'd said something. He took another sip from his bottle.

"Does she have a nice flat?" He asked.

"Yeah," he grunted back. He was still feeling a little touchy. He didn't really remember how that day went, though. Just a lot of yelling and emotions. And potential babies.

"Did you out on your date with that weird Trainee yet?"

Tim shook his head. "Nah. It's her responsibility to contact me, right? I've tried to get ahold of her... I doubt it's gonna happen."

He leaned back in his chair, using his tail for balance and support. "Think she's just intimidated, or something."

"Mm," he muttered. "She's pretty skiddish. Comes in here a lot though. Usually alone. Hence the weirdness. But yeah, it could be your tail that's scaring her off." Marcus leaned back on his chair so that it stood on its hind legs.

"When are you getting rid of it?" He took long swig. "The tail, I mean."

"Intimidating her." Tim corrected him. There was no fear involving the tail.

"I dunno. Still haven't figured out how yet." He leaned back further, tipping his chair as well. It was fun to balance, and with the tail he was pretty bloody good at it. "Two insane hexes hit me at once. That's pretty fucked up magic, it is."

Marcus cringed at the thought of being hit with two terrible hexes. At once.

"Did you ever figure out what kind of hexes they were? I imagine one would grow a tail and the other...kept it there?"

Tim gave a shrug. "I don't think anyone knows. And at the same time, even if we did know, we still might not be able to fix it. As far as I can tell, it's never happened to anyone else. So we have no precedent."
